Cancellation Policy
(Effective 3/1/2008)
Notice of cancellation is to be given a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the massage appointment for no-fee cancellation.
Cancellation notice given within 4-6 hours or less of the appointment time will incur a $10 cancellation fee for the first occurrence unless otherwise specified; a $25 cancellation fee for the second occurrence unless otherwise specified; a full charge cancellation fee for the service to be rendered on the third and any subsequent occurrence(s) unless otherwise specified.
No-Notice Cancellation will automatically incur a $25 fee for the first occurrence and full charge for the service to be rendered on the second and any subsequent occurrence(s).
Cancellation Fees are to be collected as an addition to any subsequent massage appointment fee.
